We can use Photoshop and other software packages to help illustrate what a proposed idea may look like before going ahead and committing to the project. This is helpful for clients to visualise the outcome and to also consider different options and choices. Clients have found this of particular use when a project requires planning or listed building consent. We are able to create different options on the same theme. This approach is also useful when interior colour schemes are being decided. Other examples where we have used photoshop manipulation include changes to the facade of a modern block of flats, inclusion / exclusion of an entrance canopy, new boundary railings and perimeter walling and the effects of security lighting. We have even used Photoshop to demonstrate what an extension on a property in a private cul-de-sac may look like once completed.
