Our Expert Witness Team have previously assisted landlords, tenants, freeholders, leaseholders and other individuals and companies principally involved in the residential property sector with various construction and property-related disputes.

Our team has many years’ experience in preparing reports to assist with a court hearing, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules and RICS Practice Directive, and also preparing preliminary reports to enable our clients to decide on the best way to proceed prior to court action. Queensberry Place, London
Description – Provision of a preliminary report in connection with a dispute between a contractor and Investment Company on the value of work completed to a residential development following the contractor’s termination of contract.
Contract value – £1,700,000

Tedworth Square, London, SW3 (pictured)
Description – Provided advice to the freeholder in connection with a major works dispute. The case centred around the reasonableness of costs for wholesale window replacement versus repair and maintenance and the overall quantum of costs related to other project works.
Contract value – £2,100,000

Hans Road, Knightsbridge, London (pictured)
Description – Acted as Expert Witness in connection with a dispute between a contractor and freeholder concerning the quantum and value of works associated with the refurbishment of the roof.
