Final
Result
Our survey found several defects; the client was aware of one of the defects but not the extent and the other defect which had not been flagged during their viewings of the unit or the sale agent. We provided advice to the client on the scope of these defects, liabilities on signing the lease with these defects outstanding and initial scopes & cost estimates for remediation works. The client is still in the process of negotiating with the landlord and has requested we obtain quotes to reinstate.
