Harris acted as Building Owners surveyor, overseeing proposed works to demolish and rebuild an orangery at a domestic residence. Works included new foundations for the extended orangery, brickwork base and new timber orangery frame and roof lantern. Harris served all relevant notices, liaised with Adjoining Owners and their surveyors, produced schedules of condition and agreed the party wall award.

4 Cruikshank Street
The works consisted of a single story basement extension, rear ground floor extension and landscaping. Acting as Adjoining Owner surveyor, Harris Associates received and reviewed all notices served on 3a Cruikshank Street under the Party Wall Etc Act 1996. Further, we reviewed schedules of condition, agreed the award and dealt with all queries, requests and construction design changes, which arose throughout the project.
