Reinstatement Cost Assessments

Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCAs) are required by most insurance underwriters and are highly technical, but we can ensure these are delivered quickly and efficiently.

We have the experience and expertise to carry out insurance valuations on a variety of buildings including but not limited to;

  • Grade 1 listed townhouses
  • Mixed use town centre offices
  • Shopping centres
  • Out of town science parks

We enable our clients to get more from their buildings and assist in ensuring they are suitably ensured by providing full, elemental and accurate evaluations of rebuilding costs in the event of destruction. The regular and cyclical review of the sums insured for fire reinstatement purposes is vital to ensure that the property rebuilding cost is accurate. Under or over-valuation can result in over exposure to unnecessary risk.
