The client approached Harris Associates to undertake intrusive investigation works and establish the extent of combustible materials contained within the external wall system and monitor and administer the remediation works.
The project comprised the full remediation of the ACM clad external façades which included balconies and decking.
After we undertook assessments and testing, full remediation works were carried out that included:
• Removing the eps insulated render façades
• Replacing the timber cladding with PIR insulation and an aluminium panelled system
• Replacing spandrel panels with aluminium sandwich panels
• Timber balcony decking remediation work
