On behalf of the Board of Directors and on my personal behalf, I am writing to commend Harris Associates for the excellent services provided these past three years since its appointment as Landlord’s Surveyor of our Grade II Listed Building consisting of 28 flats.
In particular, I would like to commend your team for bringing expertise, efficiency and diligence coupled with a helpful and friendly attitude to this often complex task; Long-standing problems have been swiftly addressed and resolved; reports are often produced at short notice, sometimes late the same evening that they are requested; guidance is diplomatically offered; follow up is prompt and efficient, complex projects are broken up into manageable components that are rationally planned for and implemented in a timely cost-efficient manner…most impressive of all, relations with lessees are firmly – yet diplomatically – conducted in a manner that protects the landlord yet provides Service Charge payers with value, transparency and order.
I sincerely commend your team and Harris Associates in general for an outstanding performance.
