Maz has been extremely efficient in surveying and project managing this large block of flats through all the external decorations including replacing the roof. He is always available for phone calls and has been prompt about finding solutions to difficult problems. He is easy to work with in terms of approachability and is very thorough on follow ups.
We were very concerned before we started the external decorations, that because the tenants in this block have had numerous previous problems with contractors, this works would cause a continuous drip feed of complaints. However, Maz has handled all the problems, and in fact because he has worked so efficiently, the project has gone much better than expected.
As clients we are delighted with Maz and we will certainly use him again through Harris Associates.
