‘HARRIS HARRIERS’ 5-A-SIDE FOOTBALL TEAM BRING HOME THE TITLE

Tipped for a title challenge before the start of the season, it was a somewhat disappointing start for the Harriers, losing their opening games 7-6, and 8-7. Undeterred from these results, they picked themselves up like true champions to go on a 6 game winning run, emphatically beating all teams in their path. Every player in the team did their job and contributed to what was a fantastic end to the campaign. It was a tense ending, with the title being won on goal difference, but they have earned their title – Champions.
