Harris Associates Celebrates Again As Tamer Duman Is Now A Chartered Engineer

Leading Building and Project Consultancy Harris Associates is delighted to announce that their Head of Façade Consultancy, Tamer Duman is now a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers (MCIBSE) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng) after passing his Engineering Practice Report and Professional Review. On behalf of everyone at Harris Associates, we would like to congratulate Tamer on his great career achievement!
A Chartered Engineer certificate is a recognition and acceptance of qualification and professional achievement on a worldwide platform. Chartered Engineers develop solutions to engineering problems using new or existing technologies, through innovation, creativity and change and may have technical accountability for complex systems with significant levels of risk.
Tamer joined Harris Associates in August 2020, having previously worked on major façade projects in the UK and USA. He is highly experienced in all aspects of building envelope systems and has developed detailed technical experience and a broad understanding of the design, procurement, engineering, and execution process.
All of this expertise enables Tamer to effectively manage all of their client’s façade requirements across installations and remediation, fulfilling the large demand and adding real value to the team and an important sector within the company.

Having the CEng title gives confidence to clients and consultants that I am competent in my profession. I am even more passionate and enthusiastic about making a positive contribution to our built environment and the evolving society”
