Award Winning Harris Associates Shows Their Continued Growth By Welcoming Two New Team Members

Leading RICS building and project consultants Harris Associates is pleased to welcome two new members to the team, further strengthening the surveying and façade team with a new Building Surveyor and Façade Technician.
Fleur Kennedy has recently joined Harris Associates, as a Building Surveyor having gained over 18 months of post-graduate experience in a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Central London.
Fleur is currently working towards her chartered status and has experience in both professional services and project management in a wide range of sectors including commercial and residential settings with expertise in Dilapidations, Building Surveys, Contract Administration, and Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys.
Fleur said, “I look forward to furthering my career with Harris Associates by gaining exciting yet valuable experience in the property sector and being part of an experienced and supportive team.”
Lewis Simpson has joined Harris Associates as a Façade Technician and has 11 years of experience working in the façade industry. Originally starting his career as an installer, Lewis then progressed to a site management position, specialising in the installation of entire building envelopes monitoring quality, and clarifying conformity of works/materials used.
Lewis's recent experience was gained as a principal contractor carrying out façade building refurbishments and maintenance. This enabled Lewis to benefit from extensive knowledge involving EWS1 requirements, managing subcontract companies, the establishment of the site, the scope, and the sequence of works.
Lewis has always also been involved in the project pre-commencement works such as intrusive surveys and condition reports to assist pre-tender, making Lewis a valuable new addition to our experienced façade team.
Lewis said “I’m pleased to join Harris Associates and be able to bring and develop my expertise in this role at such a crucial time, especially in light of the upcoming Mid-Rise Scheme, I already feel like part of the team”
