Harris Associates is delighted to announce that Fleur Kennedy MRICS has passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a fully qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor.
Fleur joined Harris Associates two years ago, bringing over 18 months of post-graduate experience at a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Central London. Since joining our team, she has demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication across various professional services and project management roles. Her expertise spans commercial and residential sectors, focusing on Dilapidations, Compartmentation Surveys, Contract Administration, and Planned Preventative Maintenance surveys.
Achieving chartered status is a significant milestone in Fleur’s career and reflects the hard work she has put in and her commitment to excellence. Her accomplishment reinforces Harris Associates' ongoing mission to support and develop top-tier talent within the industry.
