The firm has secured a policy offering £5 million cover per claim, a substantial increase over many of our peers in the industry, where for many the cover remains on an annual aggregate limit basis.
The new policy marks a milestone for the company and underscores Harris Associates’ reputation and ability, particularly given that they remain very active in cladding, fire safety and compliance work which forms a significant proportion of their service provision.
