Harris Associates Unites for Annual Corporate Away Day in the Cotswolds

Harris Associates recently hosted its annual corporate away day in the Cotswolds, bringing together colleagues from all offices to reflect on achievements, align on future goals, and strengthen team connections.
The day began with a business update and presentation from Managing Director, Shaun Harris, who shared insights into the firm’s recent successes and set out the opportunities that lie ahead. This set the tone for a programme focused on collaboration, growth, and team spirit.
Breakout sessions followed, with colleagues contributing to discussions on Harris Associates’ mission, vision, purpose, and values. The sessions demonstrated clear alignment and enthusiasm across the business as the company looks ahead to an exciting period of growth and change.
The afternoon was dedicated to team-building activities, including segway riding, sheepdog training, and crossbow and rifle target shooting. These activities provided a fun and engaging way to strengthen collaboration and camaraderie.
The evening concluded with an awards ceremony celebrating individual and team achievements, and a Crime and Dine entertainment experience where teams worked together to solve a “whodunit.” This mix of recognition, celebration, and interactive fun provided the perfect finale to a memorable day.
The following morning, the team enjoyed an educational falconry experience, learning about a range of birds of prey.
