Harris Associates Welcomes Two New Starters to Strengthen Surveying Team

We are pleased to announce the addition of two talented professionals to the Harris Associates team, further strengthening our surveying expertise as we continue to grow across the UK.
Stephen joined us in April 2025 as a Building Surveyor. With over four years of experience gained through roles in multi-disciplinary consultancies and facilities management firms, Stephen brings with him a strong and varied portfolio. He has worked across a broad range of sectors, including Education, Residential, Commercial, Mental Health, and NHS estates. His expertise spans planned preventative maintenance (PPM), condition surveys, and project delivery, and he is currently working towards achieving Chartered status with the RICS.
Joining Stephen is Alex, who has come on board as an Assistant Building Surveyor. He began his career in 2022 in the public sector at Transport for London (TfL), where he contributed to several high-profile infrastructure projects such as the Bank Station Capacity Upgrade and HS2. He was also involved in the installation of 5G infrastructure across the Underground network. Currently studying for a Building Surveying degree at London South Bank University, he joins Harris Associates to build on his technical experience and work toward Chartership in a fast-paced, consultancy-led environment.
Both new team members bring valuable experience and ambition, and we are excited to support them on their journey with Harris Associates as we continue to deliver best-in-class surveying and consultancy services across the residential, commercial, and Industrial sectors.
