Introducing Noreen, Our New Quantity Surveyor

We are delighted to announce that Noreen has joined Harris Associates as a Quantity Surveyor.
Noreen holds a Distinction in MSc Quantity Surveying and a BSc in Mathematics and Finance from City University, London. Her career so far has taken her across a diverse range of projects, including residential, education, healthcare, commercial, and data centre schemes, providing her with a deep understanding of sector-specific commercial challenges.
Building on this experience, Noreen is now focusing on façade remediation and building safety compliance—an area that demands technical precision and plays a vital role in delivering safer, better-performing buildings.
Whether managing costs, steering procurement, or resolving contractual matters, Noreen ensures projects are delivered to the highest standards and clients receive advice they can trust.
