Leading Building and project consultancy welcomes new senior surveyor

Harris Associates is delighted to announce that Lewis has joined our team in mid-2024 as a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, bringing over eight years of valuable experience in the construction industry. His addition strengthens our building and project consultancy team, further enhancing our capacity to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Lewis's journey in the industry began on-site with an electrical contractor, giving him hands-on experience early in his career. He then advanced his education through a Degree Apprenticeship at a leading property consultancy, where he excelled academically, graduating with First-Class Honours. Shortly thereafter, Lewis achieved his RICS APC qualification, marking his entry into chartered status within the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Lewis continued to build on his expertise in a client-side role at a property investment company, where he advised on a range of refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects. His experience working within a small team allowed him to develop a keen understanding of client needs and effective project delivery. During his career to date, Lewis has amassed a broad range of sector experience, specialising in project management, defect diagnosis, and dilapidations.
