Leading Building and Project Consultants Harris Associates Appoint Associate Quantity Surveyor

Harris Associates are pleased to announce an Associate Quantity Surveyor as their latest addition to the team. Tony Swann is an experienced and commercially astute quantity surveyor who brings over 14 years of post-graduate experience working with consultancies and developers like Turner & Townsend, Gardiner & Theobald and Ballymore, to provide contractual and financial advice in the management of construction projects.
Tony has worked on numerous prestigious schemes such as PwC, the Francis Crick Institute and Embassy Gardens, demonstrating extensive cost management experience within the commercial, residential, science and retail sectors. He also provides expertise in procurement, cost targeting and control throughout project design and construction phases.
Harris Associates were keen to expand this area of the business so Tony will be integral to their cost management services and is focused on delivering a high standard of cost advice and contractual compliance.
