Mark is a vital part of our team, bringing extensive knowledge of the industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. His expertise spans a wide range of disciplines, including dilapidations, contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys and licences to alter. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and ability to build strong client relationships, Mark has played a crucial role in delivering high-value projects for our clients. Tim has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead complex projects with precision and professionalism. With a strong background in contract administration, party wall matters, dilapidations, and defect diagnosis, Tim has extensive knowledge of various construction types and has delivered large-scale projects for the NHS and non-profit organisations. Tim’s forward-thinking approach and commitment to mentoring junior staff have earned him the respect of clients and colleagues.
