The client approached Harris Associates to oversee external redecoration and repair works in the capacity of Contract Administrator and Principal Designer on a prestigious road in South Kensington.
What
We Did
After we undertook further investigations and scaffolding was erected, remediation works were carried out that included:
- DOFF Clean and repair works to brickwork
- Timber repairs and replacement to windows
- Newly painted timber frames and rainwater pipes
- New checkered tiling to the main entrance and basement courtyard
- Roof repair works
