The brief was to carry out a full repair and refurbishment project to the internal communal parts of the property. Works were to include, a full re-wire of the property, new smart intercom system, extensive asbestos removal, installation of new period timber panelling, replacement floor coverings and full redecorations of all previously painted surfaces.

We Did

Confirmed scope of works with client, carried out extensive survey of property, drafted the specification of works and tendered the works. Once the contractor was appointed we carried out weekly site visits to monitor progress and quality of the works.

Contractual financial management including valuations

Contract certification (including variations, payments, time related certificates)

Final accounting & sign off


The dated internal areas were transformed to a beautifully presented building where works were carried out to a high standard throughout.
