Administration
A core part of our service provision is the contract administration of building contracts, ranging in value from £10K to over £5m. Typical contracts include office fit outs, maintenance and refurbishment schemes and major upgrade contracts in the private residential and commercial sectors.
An eye for detail, accuracy of technical and contractual advice, dynamic coordination and effective communication are key aspects to ensuring that projects are delivered successfully. Our surveyors and project managers are very experienced in managing and administrating the widest range of contracts and project types. We understand how important relationships and communication are throughout project delivery and so will work hard to create a productive and cooperative environment for all parties whilst ensuring total customer focus throughout.
