The client wanted to work with Harris Associates as we have extensive experience in restoring the external elevations of period properties. The flat and pitched roofs were beyond their economic life and were starting to fail. We recommended a liquid applied system be applied to the existing felt covering and the slates be replaced in their entirety.

We Did

Harris confirmed our brief and services with the client, we then carried out an extensive survey of the property, this included intrusive investigations where necessary. Following our site inspections, we drafted the specification of works and tendered the works to suitable contractors. Once the contractor was appointed, we carried out site visits to monitor progress and quality of the works, providing the client with detailed reports on all aspects of the works.
