Project Complexities
There was damage caused to the adjoining property as a consequence of the works which had to be agreed upon between parties and rectified by the hotel developer. The rainwater drainage to the temporary roof was inadequately designed and caused water ingress into the adjoining property. This was re-designed with remedial repairs and decorations undertaken to the adjoining property.
