The client approached Harris Associates for expert advice after having an existing fire safety assessment which they wanted clarity on.

We Did

After we undertook further assessments and testing, remediation works were carried out that included:

  • Removing the eps insulated render façades 
  • Replacing the timber cladding with an aluminium-panelled system 
  • Replacing spandrel panels  
  • Balcony remediation work
