Building Information

Following registration of a high-rise residential building with the Building Safety Regulator, you have 28 days to provide the additional information required, known as Key Building Information. 

Depending on when you apply, this means the absolute deadline to submit the Key Building Information is 28^th October 2023.

The level of information required at this point is so detailed that Accountable Person/Principal Accountable Person (AP/PAP)  will already need to have begun the process of delivering their Building Safety Case in advance of registration to enable them to provide the Key Building Information by this deadline.
