As a lead consultant, the role differs slightly from that of a project manager, although the services do often overlap.  As lead consultant, we still deliver over-arching leadership and promote collaboration across the consultant team, but as lead consultant, our responsibility is more directly to coordinate the work of the consultant team and to provide the primary interface with the client.
