Our façade consultancy team provide advice on all types of façades from traditional brick structures, timber framed buildings and late 20th century insulated render systems through to modern curtain wall and rainscreen systems. Our construction and façade technicians have a detailed and technical knowledge of modern methods of construction, design methodology versus buildability, fire safety and compartmentation requirements and materials and systems identification.
We are familiar with the range of new and old façade manufacturer systems and are well equipped to assess compliances / non-compliances and to provide advice on areas of improvement / remediation. All investigations, including compartmentation surveys and instructive opening up of external wall systems are carried out in-house.
