A new addition to the team, Matt brings with him five years of experience in surveying, honed through his tenure with a respected multi-disciplinary firm in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

He has held various roles and taken on responsibilities as a project manager, contract administrator, and lead consultant on projects for diverse clients in both the public and private sectors.

Matt's experience includes specification and tender preparation, stock and bespoke condition surveys, dilapidations, pre-acquisition reports, drone surveys, fire safety and planned preventative maintenance schedules.

He is currently working towards achieving his chartered status.
