Needs
The brief was to carry out repair and redecoration works to the external and internal areas of building. Works involved agreeing an access licence with the neighbouring property to carry out abseiling works.
What
We Did
Confirmed scope of works with client, carried out extensive survey of property, drafted the specification of works and tendered the works. Once the contractor was appointed we carried out weekly site visits to monitor progress and quality of the works.
