At Harris Associates, irrespective of the procurement route and form of contract, we approach the management and delivery of a contract openly, positively and collaboratively. Even within traditional contracts, which are generally more combative, we promote collaboration between the parties for the benefit of the project, and therefore those within the contract.
We have considerable experience and knowledge of public and private sector procurement routes and forms of contract and can readily provide advice, guidance, pros and cons and options for just about every conceivable type of contract.
We understand that all clients will have different drivers and priorities. We ensure that we work hard to understand and identify what these are early on in our engagement so that the decisions regarding procurement and contract are the most appropriate and that our client is well informed before we start.
